In 2010 the new owners acquire the property with the aim of making it not only a family holiday home but also an "exclusive tourist accommodation".

Passionate about Menorca since their families decided to spend their summers there in the early 80s, they fulfill their wish; to buy a house on the island. At the end of that same year - 2010 - they begin the property renovation project. "Sa Blanca" comes to life in early 2013.

In 1998 María Barber and her husband buy the property, from the children of Patrik and Christine Tillart, with the purpose of using it as a holiday home for their family.

Despite being born and living in Menorca, the exclusivity of its location and the beauty of the place captivates them. The couple and their children spend long summers and spring seasons... finally they decide to sell it after having enjoyed it for more than ten years...

In 1978 the couple Patrik and Christine Tillart, of British nationality and, at that time, retired, acquire the house as their usual place of residence.

A few years later they return to England and their children become the ones who will use it, for some years, as a summer residence. Subsequently the family decides to renew their holiday destination and they decide to put it up for sale...
