!! The entry time to the property is from 4:00 PM on the start date of the rental and the departure time from the property must be before 11:00 AM on the end date of the rental. The entry and exit times can be brought forward or delayed respectively as long as there is availability and prior consultation.

Data protection policy

In compliance with Law 15/99 on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that your personal data forms part of a group of automated files under the responsibility of the landlord. The data is used for the satisfactory provision of the requested services, as well as for internal administrative management, being provided with the necessary security measures in accordance with the referred Royal Decree. Your data may be retained, even after the contractual relationship has ended, for historical and statistical purposes. The rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation that the Law grants may be exercised by writing to the following address: c/ Mar Mediterraneo, 69 bajo B - 28221 Majadahonda - Madrid. If we do not receive communication from you within ten days at the address indicated in the previous paragraph, we understand that you show your full agreement with everything expressed.

  • Seasonal rental contract

    It is mandatory to read and agree to the conditions set out in the property rental contract, as well as the subsequent signing of the same and its submission, through courier or ordinary mail, to the address that we will provide you once the reservation request has been received. VIEW CONTRACT.

  • Reservation payment

    For the property to be reserved until the previously selected "arrival date", a transfer must be made as a "reservation deposit" for an amount equal to 30% of the total stay; according to season and number of days chosen.

  • Reservation cancellation

    For reservations made more than 60 days in advance, the cancellation period will be effective within the 30 days prior to the chosen "arrival date". In this case, only (30%) of the "reservation deposit" amount will be refunded, the rest being understood as compensation for damages.
    For reservations made less than 60 days in advance, there is no possibility of cancellation. In this case, there will be no refund of the "reservation deposit" amount, the total being understood as compensation for damages.
