All we can say is that, the way we see it, Sa Blanca is more than a house, it’s a unique place located in a privileged area of the island. An exclusive location within a Natural Area of Special Interest. On the north coast , by the sea , at an altitude of 51m and only 1.9Km from Cala Pregonda and 1.7Km from Cala Cavalleria , near the Binimel.la beaches. It is integrated into a protected natural environment from which one can enjoy 360-degree views, hear the wind and the sea, and, at night, simply contemplate the vastness of the sky .It is a " sense activator" to live and feel Menorca.

Currently the house has a maximum capacity for 12 people, distributed in three rooms and an annex apartment, the first one offering a total capacity of 8 people and the second a capacity of 4. The price of the house varies according to the seasons in which one wants and/or intends to make use of it. All the information regarding the seasons and their prices, as well as certain specific dates and exceptions can be found by visiting the "Rates/ Packs" section.

The house rent is set at a minimum of one week (6 nights) in times of “high season”. In the periods when it is not considered "high season" you can make an inquiry through our contact form, for a stay less than a week and, depending on availability, we can make a price that corresponds to the requested number of days. In the "Rates/Packs" section you can find all the information regarding the "Seasons".

Booking is easy, 3 steps. In the "reservations" section, you must fill out our form which asks for a series of personal data as well as information concerning the stay and it also sets the booking conditions. Later, directly with the Sa Blanca team, the signing of a seasonal contract is formalized. If you have any doubts, please contact us through our online form under the "contact” section.

You can cancel your reservation if you want to, but there is a penalty for it. For 60 day advanced bookings, the period of cancellation of the reservation will be effective within 30 days before the chosen "arrival date". In such case, only 30% of the "deposit" will be refunded, meaning the rest will go towards compensation for damages. For less than 60 days advanced bookings there will be no refund of the "Deposit" meaning it all goes towards compensation for damages.

Once your booking is processed and the rent of the house confirmed the Sa Blanca team will send you a detailed map of the route, times, mileage and access roads.

The check-in time to the house starts 16:00 p.m of the day the lease begins and check-out time housing must take place before 11.00 a.m .of the lease end date. Check-in and check-out times may be moved provided there is availability and following prior inquiry.
