In 2010 the new owners bought the house to not only use it as a vacation home, but also as an “exclusive tourist residence ".

In love with Menorca since their families decided to spend their summers there at the beginning of the 80’s, they saw their dream come true; they bought a house on the island. At the end of 2010 – they started to refurbish the property. "Sa Blanca" was completed at the beginning of 2013.

In 1998 María Barber her husband bought the property from the children of Patrik and Christine Tillart, to use it as the vacation home for their family.
